Damaged Goods Returns

DAMAGED PRODUCT RETURNS:

We understand that postal inconveniences do occur. After and Item has been shipped and delivered. Eligibility for returns or exchanges on DAMAGED goods are valid for 3 business days after the package was delivered.

 

All returns must be unused and  include all original packaging (like certificates of authenticity, bags, with the exclusion of promo cards,and  the original invoice attached to the order.). Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once we've received the item(s), we'll process your refund or exchange within 3-6 business days, and contact you by  an email to update you on the status of your transactions.

To get the return process started, email us at [email protected].  Explain in detail the item(s) you're returning or exchanging,the invoice and order number, as well as a photo of the damaged goods and we'll automatically generate your return label. There will be an  deduction from your refund to cover the cost of return-processing. Certain Collection items have higher deduction fees.

Also, note:The Nisia` Belle Collection has the right to deny credit for any returned goods that do not meet the requirements of our return policy, so please treat our products with lots of TLC!
